Location: College Nehuén Salas, Germain Riesco No 1662, San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, VI Region, Chile.
Participants: Any competitor, open tournament will be awarded a category where adults and children following categories: sub-8, U-10, U-12, U-14 and U-16.
Game System 1. The pairing of the rounds were carried out with the Swiss Perfect software.
2. The tournament be governed by the rules of chess and FIDE ELO is valid for the country.
3. It will play seven rounds of 20 minutes to finish.
4. Bucholz tiebreak system, Bucholz ENVIRONMENT AND PROGRESS. If tie persists in outcome between the two, played with black pieces.
5. Players who enter round 2 will do so with zero points.
